Electronic transmission of OECD forms to the Federal Plant Variety Office

The Federal Plant Variety Office accepts applications for OECD multiplication agreements within the framework of the OECD seed schemes outside the contracting states in electronic form.

To be able to use the forms, applicants need a plant breeder identification number and a password. Applicants who are already known to the Federal Plant Variety Office from the application procedures for variety authorisation/protection and who have been issued a breeder's number and password can use these.

Companies wishing to obtain authorisation for OECD multiplication for the first time will receive a plant breeder identification number and password after sending an informal request to the Federal Plant Variety Office using the contact form.

The forms must be completed in Adobe Reader and sent electronically to the Federal Plant Variety Office. No signature is required for electronic transmission. (Notes on data security)
