Derogations for marketing of seed
EU – authorisations of temporarily marketing seed with reduced germination capacity pursuant to Regulation (EC) No. 217/2006
Pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No. 217/2006, member states are authorised to officially certify seed material of certain varieties with reduced germination capacity in the category “Certified seed ” in limited quantities.
This seed may be temporarily marketed in the member state authorised by the EU Commission.
