General information regarding issuing certificates

If requested, the Federal Plant Variety Office will issue any plant breeders’ rights holder, plant breeder, additional breeder of a variety with a certificate (see template).

The prerequisite for this is that the plant breeders’ rights and/or national listing exist(s) in the Federal Plant Variety Office records.

The charge for each certificate issued is EUR 20.
