Tasks The main tasks of the Federal Plant Variety Office are plant breeders’ rights and national listing. Other tasks include the publication of the Descriptive Variety Lists and the conservation of plant genetic resources. Read more
Organisation Our staff work at our headquarters in Hannover as well as at our seven testing stations. The Office has three divisions, two administrative sections, as well as various specialist sections and testing stations. Read more
