For some years now, the Bundessortenamt has been represented at the IPM at the stand of the Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO). At the joint exhibition at IPM 2019, representatives of the CPVO and the Federal Plant Variety Office as well as of other European examination offices were present.

Plant variety protection owners, applicants and visitors interested in plant variety protection exchanged views with representatives of the various testing offices and the CPVO. They were able to learn a lot about the procedures of the examination offices and the way to the granting of plant variety protection.

In 2019, it was again a great joint project with a lively and exciting exchange between the testing offices and with the numerous visitors.
