If an objection against a decision of Bundessortenamt is rejected, withdrawn or finished for other reason, the Bundessortenamt raises fees conformable to § 10 National Fee Law (BGebG). This fee will be at most as high as the amount the applicant would have had to pay for the applied service according to the fees of Special Fee Law (BMELBGebV).
